The programme by Zafraan and video artist Nevin Aladağ, presented recently at the Kontraklang series at Heimathafen Neukölln, is travelling to Forum Wallis Festival in Switzerland on 16 May 2016.

As a contribution to the festival topic, Zafraan Ensemble gives an insight into the diverse and internationally renowned development of the Berlin art world since the fall of the Wall. Former East and West Berlin became an important place for living, working and getting inspired for many international artists– especially for those, who were struggling with restrictions and delimination in their home countries.
