The Zafraan Ensemble is very pleased about the funding that the Senate Chancellery for Cultural Affairs of the Federal State of Berlin will support the ensemble's work in 2013.
At the beginning of January, an expert jury decided on the awarding of funding in the area of new music on behalf of the Senate Chancellery for Cultural Affairs of the Governing Mayor of Berlin. The Zafraan Ensemble is very grateful and sees this funding as a great opportunity to be able to continue the path of musical development and professionalization that has already been taken in recent years under improved conditions.
